I am considering creating a video CV (partly for vanity), but does anyone have any experience of this, and any success stories?
I would be particularly interested to hear the good, the bad and the ugly views.
Also, as a recruiter is this a format that you would even view, or would you prefer to have a paperbased CV instead?

Ha I like it. Have you seen these before? Personally I have never received a video CV before but i quite like the idea. Your CV would definately stand out in the crwod. Can we see a trailer of yours?

Have to say it's something I have never come across before.
True it would make you stand out from the crowd but do you think u'd be taken seriously?
