We are looking to run an Employee Survey early in the new year (2012), ideally we want to do this on a budget, which probably means doing ourselves... does anyone have any experiencing of using online software, or have used a reasonable service from a supplier?

We really want to look at employee satisfisfaction, to gain an insight into their view of renumeration and benefits, as well overall views of the Company, our vision and our goals.

I would be interested to hear from others on this, so that I can have a greater understanding of the pitfalls too...
