Hi everyone,

A lot of my work at present is providing specialist advice and support to SME's who are committed to achieving the Super Brand that is Investors in People. I am finding that there is a real growth and realisation that IIP can have a real positive impact at SME level and companies in a variety of sectors are keen to use the standard to improve their performance.
I am also a visiting lecturer at the University of Wales in Newport. I am keen to find out how your organisation manages knowledge and any real life case studies you have that I can share with students.
