What are you going to do about the Agency Worker's regs?

A recent study has indicated that 1 in 3 employers will simply ditch agency workers when the new legilsation comes into effect.

So does everyone have everything in order for the implementation of the Agency Workers Regulations?

What steps have you been taken?

Is anyone taking a different approach?

I would be interested to hear your views.

How are people getting on with this change, has it really affected you that much?

My basic opinion is, if you use agency staff, after 12 weeks, you like them, then offer them a job, if not replace them with someone else.

Watch out for agency terms though to make sure you dont have to pay a finders fee, some might still want to charge you!
