I work for a company near me, and i feel as if im being Victimized. I have been pulled in about having time off with my child (I work through Lunches to make time up and to accrue time) as my daughter has been in and out of hospital.

There is other work colleagues that take more time off with there child and change there working patterns far more than me but never get pulled in,.

I have also been told off for picking my glasses up in work time although i went with another work colleague but they haven't been pulled in is this fair?

I am always being pulled in for silly things, get the feeling im not liked by the managers.... I hate coming to work because of this as no one else gets the rubbish i do!!

Why not you consult with your company lawyer about this matter because in this way you can easily find a way to deal with your situation. And there must be some condition in your employment contract that's why they are acting in this way.

Although this makes you feel bad , but as you got highlighted in front of another so that every-times you got pulled in. Try to work things smartly. This may be due to lack of your communication with your manager. Try to make communication better so that the next times you don't get pulled into this. Also, you have some contracts with the company, please read them and make the decision based upon it.
