I have my first Employment Tribunal coming up soon, we feel that the dismissal was more than fair, but that the employee has just put in a nuisance claim.
I am looking to attend and maybe represent, but it's my first time, so wondered if anyone had any experiences that they could share?
Any guidance would be much appreciated.

We have employment protection cover, so we are lucky that our insurers pick up the costs and defence of ETs for us.
If you havent already had this, then you could attend a local ET as I believe you can turn up to watch.
