I'm hoping I can get some advice.
I've been looking for a new HR role for a few months now and have had quite a few interviews, alas have had no luck securing a new job.
Never really receiving a rejection and the only feedback I did receive was that I sounded unmotivated in my current role which put them off, I have tried to sound more upbeat and interested in my current role from then on.
I know it's difficult to advice given the limited information but I really don't know where I'm going wrong. It seems my cv is attracting prospective employers to me and I haven't lied on my cv but I'm just stuck.
Any general HR interview tips which may help me?

I would have thought that if you were unmotivated in your current role that this is one of the reasons for you wanting to move to a new role to be stretched!
Never put your employer down in front of perspective employers and in preparation think of any new challenges that you accepted in your current post, what you contributed and try to promote yourself in this light in your interviews as someone wanting to further develop skills by accepting new and different challenges with a new employer!
